The Great American Baking Show is based on the popular BBC The Great British Bake Off.

It was formerly known as the Great Holiday Baking show. The show follows the same premise as GBBO as it gathers the nation's best amateur bakers and has them compete in a series of themed challenges. With the winner being crowned America's Best Amateur Baker. The show is hosted by Nia Vardalos and Ian Gomez with Mary Berry returning as a judge.[1]
