Benjamina Ebuehi is a baker who appeared in Series 7 of The Great British Bake Off.
Benjamina started baking for fun at the age of 14 and since then her hobby has grown into a passion. The recent graduate lives with her family in South London along with her brother and twin sister. Benji's bakes combine classic, simple flavours with modern style. She takes pride in her presentation and follows online cake fashions for inspiration. In her spare time, the amateur baker publishes a food blog where she shares her recipes and baking stories.
The teaching assistant is also a self-described perfectionist. She was a straight A student throughout her time at school, and she brings the same work ethic and high standards with her into The Tent.
